Delete Your Ambor Account
You can request deletion of your Ambor account and associated personal data at any time.
Delete your account in the app
- Open the Ambor app
- Go to Profile → Settings → Account → Advanced Settings
- Select Delete Account
- Confirm your request
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access your account, email support@ambor.co from the email associated with your account.
What data is deleted
- Profile information
- Photos and prompts
- Messages and conversations
- Location data
- All other personal data associated with your account
Retention period
Account data is permanently deleted within 30 days of the deletion request. Limited information may be temporarily retained for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance purposes.
Ambor does not sell personal data. Once deleted, your account and personal data cannot be recovered.
