1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ambor Dating, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use or access Ambor Dating.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Ambor Dating. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. Ambor Dating reserves the right to request age verification and to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of being under 18.

3. Use License

Ambor Dating grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. Under this license, you may not:

• Modify, copy, or redistribute the app or its materials
• Use the app for commercial purposes
• Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any part of the app
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices
• Scrape, crawl, automate, or create accounts through bots
• Interfere with the app’s security, infrastructure, or rate limits

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information and not to impersonate another person. Ambor Dating reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the community.

5. Community Guidelines and User Conduct

Ambor Dating is intended for respectful, consensual interactions. You agree not to use Ambor Dating to engage in harmful, illegal, or abusive behavior, including:

• Harassment, bullying, threats, or hate speech
• Sexually explicit content or non-consensual sexual material
• Content involving minors or false age representation
• Fraud, scams, extortion, or deceptive behavior
• Prostitution, escorting, or solicitation of services
• Sharing private information about others without consent
• Spam, advertising, or commercial messaging

Users may block or report others at any time. Ambor Dating may remove content or accounts at its discretion and may cooperate with law enforcement when legally required.

6. User Content Ownership and Moderation

You retain ownership of content you post on Ambor Dating. By posting content, you grant Ambor Dating a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the service.

You represent that you have the rights to any content you upload. Ambor Dating is not obligated to host or display any content and may remove content that violates these Terms.

7. Safety and Interactions

Ambor Dating does not conduct background checks or identity verification. You are solely responsible for your interactions, both online and offline. Ambor Dating does not guarantee user behavior or outcomes and is not a party to user interactions.

You understand that Ambor Dating does not control the actions of users and is not responsible for the conduct of any user, whether online or offline.

Do not rely on Ambor Dating for emergency assistance. If you feel unsafe or are in danger, contact local emergency services immediately.

8. Location Information

Ambor Dating uses location data to help users discover others nearby. Location information may be approximate or inaccurate. You are responsible for deciding when and where to meet other users.

9. Paid Features

Ambor Dating offers paid access as a non-recurring purchase. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Pricing and refunds are governed by those platforms’ policies and applicable law.

10. Account Termination and Deletion

Ambor Dating may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violations of these Terms or harmful behavior. You may delete your account through app settings.

Upon deletion, your profile will be removed. Certain information may be retained for legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and enforcement purposes.

11. Privacy

Your use of Ambor Dating is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect data. By using Ambor Dating, you consent to those practices.

12. Third-Party Services

Ambor Dating relies on third-party services for hosting, analytics, payments, notifications, and location features. Ambor Dating is not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party services.

13. App Availability

Ambor Dating is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without notice.

14. Disclaimer

Ambor Dating is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

15. Limitation of Liability

Ambor Dating and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the app or interactions with other users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ambor Dating’s total liability to you for any claims arising from the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Ambor Dating, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ambor Dating from any claims or damages arising from your use of the app, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

17. Changes to These Terms

Ambor Dating may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app means acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable therein.

19. Child Safety Standards

Ambor Dating, operated by Ambor Dating Inc., is committed to maintaining a safe platform for all users. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), and child sexual self-exploitation content involving minors.

Any content, communication, behavior, solicitation, grooming activity, or attempt to exploit, abuse, or endanger a minor is strictly prohibited and will result in enforcement action.

19.1 Prohibited Content and Behavior

The following are strictly prohibited on Ambor Dating:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Child sexual self-exploitation content involving minors, including self-generated sexual images or videos
• Any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE)
• Grooming, solicitation, coercion, or manipulation of minors
• Attempting to engage with minors in an inappropriate, sexual, exploitative, or unlawful manner
• Sharing, requesting, promoting, distributing, or facilitating access to CSAM or CSAE-related content
• Content that endangers, exploits, or harms minors
• Any attempt to use the platform to facilitate child exploitation or abuse

Any user found engaging in such activity will be permanently banned and may be reported to law enforcement, child protection organizations, or other relevant authorities as required by law.

19.2 Age Requirements

Ambor Dating is strictly for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly allow minors to access or use the platform. Accounts identified as belonging to individuals under 18 may be suspended, restricted, or permanently removed.

19.3 Reporting and Enforcement

Users can report inappropriate content, accounts, messages, or behavior through the reporting tools provided within the app. Reports related to child safety are reviewed as a priority.

• Content may be removed immediately
• Accounts may be suspended or permanently banned
• Access to the platform may be restricted while investigations are conducted
• Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement and relevant child protection authorities

Ambor Dating may preserve and disclose information where legally required or reasonably necessary to investigate, prevent, or address child safety concerns, unlawful activity, or violations of these Terms.
